We are currently hiring a Sprinkler Supervisor for a large construction project in Dresden, Germany.
The successful candidate will supervise a team of approximately 10 operatives, coordinate daily works, and ensure all fire protection activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 10 operatives
- Plan and organise daily works on site
- Coordinate with the Project and Design teams
- Read and work from technical and installation drawings
- Ensure fire protection systems are installed correctly and according to project requirements
- Carry out surveys and assist with planning and coordination of works
- Be competent in draining and refilling systems
- Have knowledge of fire pumps and related fire alarm systems
- Monitor progress and ensure works are completed within agreed deadlines
- Liaise with site management, clients, and other contractors
- Attend meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Manage work independently and use initiative to resolve site issues
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with health and safety requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sprinkler Supervisor or strong experience in fire protection systems
- Experience supervising and leading a team
- Good knowledge of sprinkler and fire protection systems
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Safe Pass / Manual Handling or equivalent
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Flexible approach to working hours when required
