Statistical Project Leader (Associate Director) in Biostatistics – Germany – Hybrid
We have partnered with this leading, global pharma, who are looking for a Statistical Project Leader (Associate Director) in Biostatistics for Immunology studies. This position involves taking a lead in statistical contributions to clinical trials, providing statistical leadership, and driving innovation across drug development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert statistical and scientific contributions to clinical development plans and submissions.
- Manage project activities, timelines, and resources with a focus on operational excellence.
- Develop collaborations across various functions and work effectively with senior leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and promote teamwork, quality, and innovation.
- Represent the company in cross-functional and industry-wide activities (e.g., professional associations).
Qualifications:
- Education : PhD or MS in Statistics or a related field.
