We\’re seeking an experienced
Senior Global Strategic Manager
to join a global clinical sourcing team. In this key role, you\’ll act as a sourcing subject matter expert, partnering with study teams, functional areas, and external service providers to drive clinical deliverables across Phases 1–4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sourcing strategies, budget negotiations, and vendor relationships for global clinical studies.
• Review, negotiate, and finalise service agreements and contracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks in 3rd party performance, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.
• Provide cost forecasting and budget projections for clinical programs.
• Uphold compliance and ethical sourcing standards.
• Lead assigned Global Strategic Sourcing Managers and governance committees.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor\’s degree (Life Sciences, Business, or related field); advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years\‘ experience in strategic clinical sourcing or vendor management within pharma/CRO settings.
• Proven leadership in late-phase clinical trial sourcing (minimum four studies).
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English.
• Experience in leading teams is a strong plus.
• Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment with occasional international travel.
