Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
Plan and manage a content calendar for all Social Platforms, aligning posts with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand milestones.
Conceptualize and create high‑quality, engaging visual and written content (such as images, carousels, Reels, and Stories) that aligns with waterdrop’s brand voice and aesthetic.
Collaborate closely with internal creative teams, external creators and partners to produce and repurpose content, ensuring brand consistency and authenticity.
Write compelling, on‑brand captions that resonate with our audience, encourage engagement, and align with each post’s objectives.
Monitor and engage with followers daily, responding to comments and tags to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.
Implement effective community management strategies to handle questions, feedback and user‑generated content, ensuring a positive brand experience for followers.
Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate strategy performance, producing weekly, quarterly, and campaign‑specific reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations. Keep global guidelines fresh and relevant, ensuring every local team stays on brand.
Partner with the Paid Social team to ensure organic and paid content aligns and reinforces campaign goals.
Conduct regular research on audience behavior, competitor activities, and Instagram trends to identify new opportunities and keep waterdrop ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
2‑3 years proven experience in social media management at a major brand or organization, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Suite, swat.io, Sprout Social).
Highly skilled in editing/graphic design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot or CapCut Pro.
Exceptional language and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on‑brand captions, replies and comments. Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential; knowledge of native‑level German, Italian, French, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus.
Strong video production skills, from concept to final product.
Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly.
Staying current with industry trends and platform updates comes naturally.
Ability to stay organized, work independently, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 45,000 gross per year on a full‑time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is a willingness for overpayment.
