About Rivian
Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions‑free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.
As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
Role Summary
Rivian is looking for a Brand Partnerships Lead to bring to life the partnerships that put Rivian in front of the right people in the right moments. - Partner across Marketing (Brand, Social, Content, Events, etc.) to bring each partnership to life flawlessly.
- Measure partnership impact and double down on what works.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or strategic marketing.
- A history of sourcing and closing partnerships that delivered measurable brand value.
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills; you’re as comfortable in a deal memo as on a trailhead.
- A self‑starter who’s at ease without a clear template.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
