You'll be the primary commercial contact for your customers, coordinating internal resources and ensuring a seamless experience across the buying cycle - working closely with Direct Sales, Technical Teams and Shared Services. What You’ll Do Customer Relationship & Sales Support Manage your own portfolio of Inside Sales customers Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Act as the primary commercial contact for your accounts Reach out proactively through calls, follow-ups, and campaigns Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth Collaborate with Direct Sales colleagues on shared accounts Sales & Commercial Ownership Receive, qualify, and respond to customer enquiries Work with technical teams to understand customer needs Propose the right technical and commercial solution Prepare quotations, apply agreed discount levels, and check margins Track quotations and follow up to convert them into orders Order & Customer Experience Coordinate with our Shared Services team to ensure smooth order delivery Keep customers informed on order status and backlog Manage delivery expectations and resolve any issues that arise Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience Continuous Improvement Keep customer and commercial data accurate in our CRM and ERP systems Follow company policies and compliance requirements Contribute ideas to improvement projects across teams Take part in ongoing training to build your skills You may also have the opportunity to join cross-functional projects across Watlow.
