Key Facts Start: 01.07.2025 Duration: not known Capacity: 100 % Employment type: Job site: Job country: Sonstiges Your tasks • Implement a tactical register for remediation and business-as-usual (BAU) • Analyze existing agreements to define scope • Plan and coordinate remediation tasks • Conduct risk assessments and develop exit strategies • Update and maintain a central register Must have competences • Master\’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or other relevant field, or demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 10 years • Proficiency in English (at least C1 level) • At least 5 years of experience working in Outsourcing, Vendor Management, Business Management • At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects within Financial Institutions • At least 5 years of experience leading regulatory projects • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis in large financial organizations • At least 3 years working on and analyzing core banking processes with a good understanding of the EIB banking value chains and core processes • At least 7 years of overall professional experience Nice to have competences • Experience in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, with the ability to handle complexity and manage multiple requests • Good understanding of DORA requirements particularly for ICT Third Party Management • Experience in EBA guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements implementation • Experience in business process modeling • Effective communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to provide cohesive and understandable documentation • Good knowledge of Office package and SharePoint Additional information On-site work with possible authorisation to work remotely for limited periods of time.
