The Email Marketing team is responsible for driving customer loyalty through targeted Email Marketing campaigns. By combining brand focused content creation and data science personalization strategies, we tailor our email content to match each customer’s unique interests and purchase intent. Our goal is to maximize long-term customer engagement by continuously testing and refining our content to ensure it resonates with our audience.
What you will do:
- Own the growth strategy for our B2C or B2B email and push notification campaigns in Europe (DE, UK, IE).
- A/B test innovative ideas for optimizing our emails, leveraging our experimentation platform to improve engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement technology-driven improvements that elevate campaign effectiveness, streamline processes, and meet evolving business needs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders – including Creative, Promotions, Brand, SF engineering, Data Science, and MarTech teams—to coordinate, plan, and execute high-impact campaigns and experiments that align with our business goals.
- Analyze and report on email campaign performance using a suite of analytic tools to identify opportunities and create data-driven strategies to drive channel performance.
What You Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field like Marketing, Business, Economics or Science/Math.
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing and running marketing campaigns – Performance Marketing or a similar analytical role is a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and solutions from large quantitative data sets.
- Strong business acumen, hunger for driving results and improvement-driven mindset – you quickly grasp KPIs and metrics, and constantly look for opportunities to improve performance.
- Brand and creative focused mindset to develop and iterate on new and engaging Email content for our customers.
- A total ownership mindset – ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action and a “get stuff done” attitude.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills – ability to break down and communicate complex ideas and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency with analytical tools (SQL, GBQ, Looker, Excel).
- Excellent English (German is a big bonus).
