About the Job
We’re looking for a proactive, analytical and commercially minded SEA Manager to take end-to-end ownership of medium to large paid search accounts.
In this role, you’ll be responsible not only for day-to-day campaign management and optimization, but for understanding what is driving performance, profitability and growth across your accounts. You’ll use data to identify opportunities and risks, develop and test hypotheses, and turn your insights into measurable improvements.
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on and technically strong, but who also thinks beyond the campaign level and proactively looks for ways to improve the wider business.

This is what you'll do

Own and optimize medium to large SEA accounts, with a focus on profitability, margins, traffic quality and account growth

Plan, execute and continuously optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

Analyze account and funnel performance, identify root causes and turn insights into actionable improvements

Identify growth opportunities through keyword expansion, testing, competitor analysis and improved traffic mix

Develop and evaluate data-driven experiments across bidding, keywords, ad copy and campaign structure

Maintain strong account hygiene and apply SEA best practices consistently

Monitor market and competitor developments, identifying relevant opportunities and risks

Share insights and learnings with the wider team and collaborate with Sales, Product to improve overall performance
This is what you’ve got

Proven experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns across multiple markets or accounts

Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

Strong understanding of SEA KPIs, including traffic quality, CPA, ROAS, profitability and margins

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making

Hands-on experience with Google Ads Editor, Excel and/or Google Sheets

Strong knowledge of campaign structure, keywords, bidding, ad copy, conversion tracking and account hygiene

Proactive, hands-on approach to optimization and experimentation

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Open to feedback and committed to continuous growth

Fluent English; German or additional languages are a plus
