Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Munich-based investment team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
- Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on prospective investments.
- Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and supporting analyses.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
- Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, Strategy Consulting, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in German, other languages are a plus.
