We're looking for a content creator who turns our clients' businesses into short-form content that people stop for: ideas, hooks, filming and editing, every week. /p h3About WeAreAgent /h3 pWeAreAgent is a Swiss strategy and brand consultancy. We support Swiss SMEs as an entrepreneurial partner in scaling their businesses: not with presentations, but with implementation. In parallel, we are building our own product, a standardised sales and marketing system (funnel, CRM, automation, content) that we run for several clients at the same time. Small team, short communication channels, fast pace. /p h3What you'll do /h3 h3Ideas and scripts /h3 ul liCome up with content ideas, hooks and short scripts for each client, based on their offer and audience /li liFollow trends on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn and adapt the ones that fit a Swiss SME /li liPlan monthly content batches with the team /li liFilm at client locations: founders, employees, products, processes, customer stories /li liDirect people who are not used to being on camera and get natural takes from them, in German /li liShoot with phone or a professional camera setup; studio days in our Laax studio and at the clients business /li liAbility to control teleprompter, studio lightning and such (we can teach you) /li /ul h3Editing and publishing /h3 ul liEdit short-form video for Meta ads, Reels, Stories and TikTok, with captions, sound and simple motion text, for our clients as well as for us /li liEdit longer form content, like VSLs and interactive Video, with animations, sound effects and engagement (we can teach you) /li liDeliver several hooks and cuts per video so we can test what performs /li liAdjust the next batch based on ad and post results /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liA portfolio of short-form content you made yourself, ideally with results (views, engagement, ad performance) don’t be shy, we don’t hire for the big numbers /li li2–3 years creating social content for brands, an agency or your own channels /li liGood spoken German: you'll work directly with Swiss clients.
