What if your skills mattered more than your job title?

As aSpecialist - Recruitment Administration with German (m/f/d), you will support Baker Hughes’ Preboarding team in managing offer and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from candidate selection to hire. Your responsibilities will include delivering an excellent candidate experience, coordinating preboarding activities, managing candidate documentation, preparing offers, and building strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.

In addition, you will play an active role in process governance, quality control, workload management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will support complex queries and escalations while ensuring the timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

  • Administer day-to-day tasks including offer preparation, document verification, initiation of background screening, pre-hire medical check-up, immigration and relocation support
  • Ensure a great onboarding experience for new hires and Hiring Managers with effective communication, engagement leading to a seamless day one
  • Coordinate, communicate and follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth processes throughout onboarding of the employee
  • Work with client’s systems and technologies, and ensure they are being used effectively, in line with expectations
  • Support Data Integrity initiatives in all dedicated Systems
  • Update and maintain appropriate documentation, standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Ensure all new hire compliance requirements, onboarding paperwork is complete and properly document evidence of compliance requirements is met for future audits.

Skills & Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Background in recruitment administration or HR administration, ideally with experience in supporting onboarding or candidate care activities
  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone and e-mail communication
  • Strong stakeholders’ management skills, ideally in working in a client-facing position
  • Strong computer literacy, ability to work with various technologies and systems
  • Passion about the candidate experience along with building strong, positive relationships with the client
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive approach is a must
