The Role

We are seeking a Strategy Analyst to join our team and support the execution of high-priority research and strategy initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the COO and other senior leaders, conducting research that informs key business decisions and contributes to the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative thinker with a strong analytical mind and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. You should be comfortable working with technical documentation (particularly Web3 or blockchain-related content), performing research, and providing strategic insights for business operations.

What You Will Do

1. Research Ownership: Take initial ownership of urgent research tasks that are critical to company strategy. This includes researching blockchain technologies, market trends, and business operations.
2. Strategic Insights: Provide actionable insights from research to inform key decisions made by senior leadership.
3. Content Creation: Write detailed, well-researched Web3 or blockchain-related articles, reports, and presentations.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including business development, operations, and product, to ensure that research aligns with business goals.
5. Long-Term Projects: Conduct deeper research into high-impact opportunities, working on projects that may not be immediately urgent but offer significant value to the company over time.

What You Bring

1. Blockchain Knowledge: A semi-technical understanding of blockchain technologies and Web3, with the ability to analyze whitepapers and technical documentation.
2. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when it comes to creating analytical content and research reports.
3. Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box, approach problems creatively, and wear multiple hats to get things done.
4. Project Ownership and Delivery: Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
5. Growth Mindset: A passion for learning, with an eagerness to grow both personally and professionally.

Compensation and Benefits

The target base salary for this role will range between $85,000 USD – $100,000 USD. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
