Responsibilities Assembly of high-voltage battery packs as well as equipping and assembling battery modules, cell components, and electronic assemblies Working on a modern, highly automated production line Operation and monitoring of robotics and manufacturing systems Conducting quality, leak, and functional tests on battery systems Documentation of all work steps in the digital production system Active participation in the optimization of manufacturing processes and ensuring high quality standards for international automotive customers Qualifications Willingness to work in shifts Willingness to participate in in-house training in the battery sector Good German language skills, both spoken and written Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
