You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Taking responsibility for performing measurement tasks using 3D coordinate measuring machines, standard and specialized measuring tools, and serving as the point of contact in the plant for all measurement tasks
- Creating and maintaining programs for CNC-controlled 3D coordinate machines
- Performing measurements on individual parts, components, complete battery systems, and accompanying series inspections
- Creating measurement reports according to specified standards and evaluating measurement results using statistical methods
This is what you bring to us:
- Successfully completed training in a metalworking profession; an additional qualification as a state-certified technician, mechanical engineering is desirable
- Experience in handling measuring machines and other testing equipment
- Knowledge in programming 3D coordinate measuring machines, ideally with measurement software PC-DMIS (or Polyworks, Zeiss Inspect)
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and good knowledge of generally applicable standards
- Proficient use of MS Office applications and good English skills
- Responsible and team-oriented working style as well as willingness to work in shifts
