You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the warehouse and production supply areas with approximately 40 employees
- Ensuring and optimizing the flow of materials and information within the company as well as managing external warehouses
- Personnel deployment planning as well as promoting, developing, and motivating employees in day-to-day operations
- Continuous improvement of logistical processes along the entire supply chain in close collaboration with adjacent departments
- Management of external logistics service providers as well as responsibility for costs, quality, and performance indicators in the logistics area
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed studies in the field of logistics or a comparable qualification (e.g., master craftsman or logistics specialist)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the automotive industry
- Strong affinity for production systems as well as an understanding of logistical interrelationships
- Structured, independent working style combined with decisiveness and assertiveness
- Excellent communication skills as well as proficiency in MS Office; SAP R/3 and English language skills are advantageous
