Our Business Area Electrification (EE) develops and manufactures battery systems, electric, and fuel-powered thermal solutions. It also includes our aftermarket division, Customized & Lifecycle Solutions (EC), offering products and solutions for various on-/off-highway and shore vehicles, with a focus on thermal and energy management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing test plans (DVP) in collaboration with Quality, considering measurement and test specifications, functional specifications, and customer and Webasto requirements
• Planning and organizing tests independently, including cost estimation, resource planning, and coordinating test technicians
• Setting up and executing tests independently
• Analyzing, evaluating, and documenting test results (test reports)
• Coordinating with external service providers for testing activities

What you bring to the role:

• Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience with measurement technology, measurement software, test methodologies, and statistics is desirable
• Automotive testing experience is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, with a structured and independent working style
• Fluent German language skills; good written and spoken English skills
