German Freelance Content Optimisation Expert

We provide services including multilingual SEO, PPC, social media, translation, content localisation, website development, and optimisation, all tailored to diverse markets and platforms.

We are currently partnering with a Toy brand for children and adults alike\‘ + Amazon marketplace. As part of this collaboration, we’re seeking a Freelance Content Optimisation Expert with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of Amazon’s unique content and algorithmic requirements.

This role is not focused on original copywriting or branding work, but on optimising existing content, implementing keywords seamlessly, refining product copy, and aligning content with Amazon best practices to enhance visibility, conversion, and discoverability.

This role may lead to further project opportunities as part of our wider freelance talent pool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimise and manage product titles, bullet points, and descriptions across product listings.
• Adapt brand messaging and product USPs into keyword-optimised, shopper-relevant content that drives performance.
• Maintain content quality, consistency, and compliance with client and platform-specific guidelines.

Requirements:

• Native-level German, both written and verbal.
• Professional level English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrable experience with Amazon content optimisation, ideally in consumer products or toys.
• Solid knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword indexing, and eCommerce search behaviour.
• Ability to spot and correct inconsistencies, adapt messaging to specific product categories, and follow brand tone.
• Comfortable working with structured content templates and content management tools.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of how small changes can impact performance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global brands or managing content across international marketplaces.
• Background in digital marketing, SEO optimisation, content creation, copywriting, digital communications
