About the Job
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist to help optimize the Weber Online Brand Store (weber.com) across EMEA. This is a fantastic opportunity to craft engaging customer journeys, ensure impactful product presentations, and contribute to our Direct-to-Consumer success. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver seamless online shopping experiences while driving sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation, setup, and maintenance of product pages, landing pages, and promotional content in the CMS.
- Ensure product presentation is accurate, visually compelling, and user-friendly across all E-Commerce platforms.
- Optimize content for conversion, customer engagement, and SEO performance.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Content Manager to align merchandising strategies with broader business goals.
- Analyse performance metrics like conversion rates, bounce rates, and product sales to refine the customer experience.
- Assist with setting up promotional activities, ensuring communication is optimized for purchase intent.
- Implement SEO updates, including meta descriptions, keywords, and content snippets, with guidance from the SEO team.
- Use analytics tools like GA4 and personalization platforms like Dynamic Yield to enhance online performance.
- Work closely with the Product Information Management (PIM) team to maintain an accurate and engaging online product catalogue.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Online Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing, ideally with premium or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Salesforce Page Designer, Craft CMS) and SEO principles.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to improve site performance.
- Excellent communication skills in English for collaboration across multiple markets.
