Our tax team of six, led by our Head of Tax, covers the tax matters of all group companies worldwide. To support us in Berlin or Karlsruhe, we are looking for a Tax Specialist (f/m/d) who wants to work across the full range of our tax topics and is keen to build expertise in transfer pricing.
Tasks
- Preparing tax balance sheets and tax returns for the German group companies together with our colleagues.
- Support in preparing and maintaining our transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR), including functional and risk analyses.
- Contributing to the implementation and further development of intercompany transfer pricing guidelines and models and reviewing intercompany agreements in coordination with the business functions.
- Tax assessment of business transactions, contracts and restructurings.
- Advising business functions and subsidiaries on tax matters, and acting as contact person for our foreign entities on operational questions regarding the operational application of transfer pricing requirements.
- Supporting tax audits and communicating with tax authorities and external advisors.
- Helping us develop our Tax Compliance Management System further and digitalise our tax processes.
- Monitoring legislative changes and case law, and deriving recommendations for action.
