As a Marketing Operations & Optimization Specialist, you support our Strategy & Consulting Team in the ongoing management, evaluation, and optimization of digital marketing activities for selected B2B clients. You work operationally on campaigns, analyze website and performance data, prepare insights in reports and dashboards, and derive specific optimization measures from them. You navigate confidently in topics such as SEA, web analysis, organic visibility, A/B testing, reporting, and conversion optimization. The goal, strategy, and guidelines are developed together with our consultants – you ensure that campaigns run smoothly, data becomes usable, and optimizations are not just discussed but also implemented. Your Tasks

Operational management of Google Ads and PMax campaigns including monitoring

Implementation of defined optimization measures and preparation of campaign evaluations and action lists

Operational SEO support in compliance with technical specifications as well as maintenance of action lists and progress documentation

Analysis of website performance, search data, and user behavior

Maintenance and further development of existing reporting dashboards and conducting recurring analyses based on predefined KPI and campaign logic

Preparation of data for consultants and ensuring data quality and plausibility

Support with A/B tests and hypothesis validation including documentation of test results and derivation of operational optimization suggestions within defined guidelines

Basic formulation of tracking requirements in coordination with the technical lead

Close coordination with consultants on performance, reporting, and campaign logic

Practical experience in SEA, web analysis, reporting, or data-driven digital marketing

Confident handling of Google Ads and GA4 or comparable tools

Analytical working approach and enjoyment of optimization, monitoring, and operational campaign work

Ability to prepare and interpret data cleanly

Reliable, structured, and independent working style

Experience with Looker Studio and basic understanding of SEO and tracking and conversion logics

Experience in agency or multi-client environments (desirable)

Completed training or studies in the field of marketing, business, data analytics, or media is welcome – however, several years of relevant practical experience is crucial

Very good German language skills in word and writing (C2 level)

Willingness to work on-site
