As a working student (m/f/d) in Community Management, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our community of doctors. Your focus will be on verifying newly registered doctors and ensuring a smooth registration process. At the same time, you will gain exciting insights into the world of digital health and the work of a dynamic, innovative team.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Verification of new doctors: checking registration data and ensuring that only authorised professionals have access to the platform.
- Support in maintaining the community by actively contributing to the quality and security of our community.
- Communication: Contact person for new community members who need support in the registration process.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the efficiency of the registration process.
- Opportunity to take on smaller projects that promote engagement within the community.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of communication, economics, health management or a comparable degree programme.
- You are able to work in a structured and careful manner, especially when it comes to checking data.
- Friendly and open demeanour, also in written communication with community members.
- Interest in digital health and enjoy being part of an innovative community.
- Ideally some experience in customer service, community management or project work.
