Consultant (f/m/d) for digital transformation

Zukunft – Umwelt – Gesellschaft (ZUG) gGmbH is looking for a consultant (f/m/d) for digital transformation in Berlin as soon as possible – full-time or part-time, EG 13 (TVöD Bund) ZUG is a federally owned, non-profit organization that carries out commissions for the federal government in the fields of environmental, nature and climate protection. It manages national and international funding programs and advises applicants, reviews funding applications and ensures the targeted use of funds. ZUG also operates competence centers and knowledge platforms. Since taking up its activities at the beginning of 2018, ZUG has been continuously expanding its profile by taking on additional contracts and is growing steadily. It now employs around 1,000 people in Berlin, Bonn and Cottbus. As a Digital Transformation Officer, you will help shape ZUG\’s further development into a digital project management organization. You will work closely with central functions such as Process Management and the Digitalization department as well as the operational business units.
Tasks

  • You will be responsible for identifying and consolidating digitization potential for project funding
  • You develop digital business processes for project funding
  • You will support the company-wide introduction of digital business processes
  • You will be involved in the coordination of strategic digitization projects, including the introduction of an electronic file and an enterprise content management system
  • You will also be involved in monitoring strategic digitalization projects based on defined process specifications and key figures
  • You prepare reports for committees
  • You ensure the monitoring of political developments on digital transformation, including the evaluation of relevant newsletters
  • Building and maintaining networks for digital transformation is also part of your wide range of tasks

Requirements profile

  • Completed scientific university degree (Master\’s degree or university diploma)
  • Several years of professional experience in the public sector, ideally with a federal authority with experience in project funding or with a project management organization
  • High ability to analyze market developments and prepare them for strategic decisions
  • Experience with strategy processes and the development and implementation of strategic projects
  • Experience in process management and the digitalization of business processes
  • Very good knowledge of the framework conditions for administrative digitization
  • Very good knowledge of project and change management
  • Very good communication, moderation and presentation skills
