If you are driven by ambition and highly motivated by challenging jobs, as well as financial incentives, you have come to the right place.We offer an attractive compensation model and a strong commitment to team development and work atmosphere. /p h3Your Area of Responsibilities: /h3 ul liResponsible for the project outcome and success by achieving the defined project objectives and meeting customer’s expectations /li liCoach and guide team members of the project /li liManage AI data readiness: oversee the data engineering and curation strategies required to build high quality, compliant datasets for AI training/deployment /li liResponsible to manage the scope, quality, budget and schedule of the project /li liLead the project in terms of activities, planning and costs tracking /li liIdentify, anticipate risks and suggest options of mitigation in order to build and maintain a strong positive working relationship with project stakeholders /li liFacilitate project execution with stakeholders /li liDefine and implement the appropriate comprehensive approach for Change Management including a stakeholder impact analysis /li liAccountable for the delivery of the expected project documentation /li liActively build commitment as well as motivate and lead the team to project success /li /ul h3Your Qualification and Experience: /h3 ul li6 years of experience in Project Management of complex technical projects /li liIndustry experience in the Pharma and Life Sciences Informatics domain is a must /li liDegree in Chemistry, Bioinformatics, etc. or an equivalent work experience /li liWorked with Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe) /li /ul ul liFamiliarity with Pharma AI Frameworks /li liSound organisational skills with an ability to produce quality work and achieve project deadlines within budget /li liExperience in leading virtual teams /li liTeam player who is able to deliver, collaborate and possesses fluency in English and French (in writing and speaking) /li liProven track record in stakeholder management on various levels of the organization: business Subject Matter Experts, technical experts and senior stakeholders /li /ul ul liExcelling document management practices /li liExhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity /li liExperience within regulated environments is a plus /li liStrong communication skills /li liAutonomous, flexible and proactive /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
