Our products are used wherever safe and efficient loading and unloading processes are crucial – from industrial halls to logistics centers.
To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a dedicated outside sales representative (m/f) for the Austria region, who works with passion, technical understanding, and enthusiasm for sales.
Your responsibilities – Technology meets sales As an outside sales representative for loading technology, you will take on a versatile and responsible position. You will manage existing customer relationships and acquire new business partners. You will accompany projects from the initial inquiry through technical consulting to successful completion.
Your main tasks include:
Acquisition and support of new and existing customers throughout the entire country
Expert consulting on our loading technology equipment, industrial gates, and safety components
Development of individual solutions together with customers and the inside sales team
Project coordination in close consultation with planning, technology, and installation
Preparation of offers, calculations, and contract negotiations
Continuous market observation and identification of new business opportunities
You represent our company's values directly to the customer and make a significant contribution to further expanding the market position of Weglehner Loading Technology.
Your profile – Experience, personality, and commitment For this position, we are looking for a motivated, structured, and communicative personality. You should enjoy customer contacts and selling technical products, and have a good basic technical understanding.
Ideally, you bring with you:
Professional experience in technical outside sales or sales
Expertise or interest in the areas of loading technology, gate systems, or metal construction
Independent, goal-oriented working style and organizational skills
Confident appearance and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within Austria and driver's license class B
