a System Engineer in PLC development and standardization (m/f/d)
What You Can Expect From Us

• Development of standardized libraries for WEKAL product groups
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in the library
• Development and implementation of new functions and modules to adapt to current requirements and technological developments
• Provision of technical support for internal users
• Versioning and carrying out regular updates of the library
• Ensuring functionality and compatibility regardless of the software version

What You Bring With You

• Completed technical or university degree in automation technology, computer science, mechatronics or comparable professional background
• Several years of practical experience in PLC programming in an industrial automation environment, Siemens S7, TIA Portal and Sinumerik
• Experience in PLC programming
• Sound knowledge of the IEC 61131 programming languages
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills as well as hands on mentality with high self-motivation
