Your Role:

As a Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring efficient cost management and supporting business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide reports and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Support investment planning and cost optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure financial transparency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in controlling, financial analysis, or cost management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Onsite position.
