Your Role

As a Recruiter, you will find and attract top talent, ensuring the growth of our team with highly skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring
• Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, preferably in tech or gaming
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Onsite position
