Your responsibilities would include...
Ownership for creation, management, and optimization of all email marketing campaigns for all of our brands, in close collaboration with our in-house design and content team
Optimization of the customer lifetime value through re-order and cross-selling campaigns
Structured AB testing plan to continuously optimize existing journeys the relevant repeat customer KPIs
Introduction of new measures to increase customer loyalty, such as referral programs and incentives
Identification of new target groups, set-up of automated workflows and customer segmentation rules
Strategic conception and implementation of lead generation measures
Identification and testing of new customer communication channels (e.g. SMS, whatsapp)
Job requirements
Chances are, you’re a great fit if you...
University degree in a technical or business area (e.g. business administration, informatics, economics) or a comparable qualification
Working experience of 2-3 years with a CRM system/ marketing automation tool (preferably HubSpot)
Excellent analytical abilities, hands-on mentality and a collaborative spirit
Fluent in German
Good understanding of marketing and sales processes in the pharmaceutical business are a plus
