Description As a Junior Doctor, you will support our Medical team in shaping safe, high-quality digital healthcare.
You’ll work on telemedical guidelines, patient journeys, medical research, quality processes, and medical content while collaborating closely with doctors and interdisciplinary teams across the company.
This role is ideal for an early-career physician who wants to apply their medical expertise beyond traditional clinical practice and gain hands-on experience in digital health.
Your tasks would be...
Support the development, review, and continuous improvement of medical procedures, telemedical guidelines, and diagnostic tools based on current scientific evidence.
Conduct medical and scientific research across different therapeutic areas and summarize findings for internal teams.
Support Risk Management, Post Market Surveillance, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities from a medical perspective.
Help maintain and improve standardized patient journeys to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality telemedical care.
Review medical content, patient information, and advertising claims for medical accuracy and compliance.
Support the analysis of patient, safety, quality, and risk data together with Medical, Quality Management, BI, Product, and other teams.
Collaborate with doctors from different specialties and contribute to interdisciplinary medical and quality projects.
Support the documentation and implementation of medical processes, SOPs, and internal quality standards.
Monitor new medical-scientific developments and help translate relevant findings into our products, processes, and treatment concepts.
Act as a medical contact person for internal teams and support knowledge sharing and medical training where needed.
Requirements Your will fit when you...
Have completed your medical degree and ideally hold a German Approbation or are in the process of obtaining it.
Are at the beginning of your medical career and interested in applying your medical knowledge beyond traditional clinical practice.
Have a strong interest in digital health, telemedicine, and innovative healthcare models.
Enjoy working with scientific literature and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new medical topics.
Have a structured and analytical way of working with strong attention to detail.
Are proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks.
Enjoy collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across Medical, Product, Quality, Tech, and Operations.
Communicate confidently in English; German skills are a strong plus.
Previous experience in clinical practice, research, digital health, or a start-up environment is a plus, but not required.
