We’re currently looking for a

German-speaking Quality Rating Analyst to help improve digital advertising quality. Based remotely in one of our locations: Italy, Spain, Romania, Germany, UK, Greece, Ireland, or Argentina, you’ll join a dynamic team of analysts, data scientists, and expert raters working on impactful projects for global tech giants.

What You’ll Do

1. Analyze, review, and evaluate digital ads in German, understanding quality benchmarks.
2. Set and maintain rating standards to support AI model training.
3. Handle complex language-based tasks and provide guideline-aligned solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve user experiences.

Ideal Candidate

1. Background or interest in AI training, translation, linguistics, or data analysis.
2. Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and clear communication skills.
3. Interest in human interpretation, cultural nuances, and digital content trends.
4. Keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for tech, language, and internet culture.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in German and English.
• Residing in Italy, Spain, Romania, Germany, UK, Greece, Ireland, or Argentina.
• Strong computer skills and reliable internet access.
• Familiarity with online search tools and content platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to sign NDA and standard agreements.
