Primary Responsibilities

Effective management of sales enquiries

Liaise with Ops Team to handle all booking aspects, including flight ticketing, accommodation, tours, and activities. (Processing cancellations and amendments)

Arrange and deliver top quality and complex itineraries

Cross selling & upselling of all JE services and products
-
Ensure client expectations are met, providing expert advice

Excellent knowledge of the product offering available in the JE catalogue

Adequate management of sales & insurance contracts
-
Deliver high levels of customer service
Other Responsibilities
-
Customer booking related financial activities (Processing payments, refunds, and credit notes)
-
Provide expert travel advice (visa requirements, passports, etc.)
-
Dealing with last minute changes
-
Dealing with issues and complaints
-
Editing travel documents
