Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to support our Marketing Team in Munich within the Point of Care Hemostasis business area (products ROTEM, Hemochron, Verify Now and associated IT solutions in cooperation with PM IT Solutions).
Responsibilities
- Customer support across the product lifecycle
- Conduct and accompany product launches
- Develop and implement pricing strategies
- Assist or independently conduct product evaluations and obtain customer feedback on product handling
- Coordinate product updates
- Continuously monitor products and observe the market
- Coordinate product discontinuations
- Participate in product-related trade shows and conferences
- Support the design of customer and internal training
- Maintain continuous information exchange with global marketing
- Assist in the preparation of offers and tender documents
Qualifications
- Completed Master’s degree in a natural or health science field or comparable studies; a Ph. D. is an advantage
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of IVD, coagulation and patient blood management
- Experience with point‑of‑care testing is an advantage
- Clinical background knowledge of processes in hospital, emergency department and operating theatre
