Your responsibilities

• Engineering design and delivery of complex construction projects in Germany and abroad
• Development and structural analysis of load-bearing structures and special structures
• Independent management of medium-sized and large-scale projects
• Technical and organizational leadership of the project team
• Management of project schedules, quality, and financial performance
• Coordination with other disciplines within our company
• Communication and coordination with architectural firms, clients, checking engineers, and contractors
• Participation in project meetings and site visits

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in project management
• You have strong expertise in the design and structural analysis of load-bearing structures
• You have experience leading engineers and designers and working with clients and project partners
• You possess strong spatial awareness and a solid understanding of structural design
• You are proficient in finite element analysis and CAD software
• You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, and enjoy teamwork
• You have a very good command of German and Englisch
