Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for office development, coordination, and staff leadership and development
• Acquisition of projects for the Hamburg office
• Engineering delivery of complex construction projects worldwide
• Structural analysis and design of load-bearing structures and special structures
• Management of medium-sized and large-scale projects in Germany and abroad
• Interdisciplinary coordination of large-scale projects
• Communication with architectural firms, clients, and contractors
• Participation in project meetings and site visits

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering
• You bring several years of professional and leadership experience
• You have in-depth expertise in structural building design, ideally with a focus on existing structures, bridge design, or temporary works
• You are experienced in leading and mentoring project managers, engineers, and designers,
  and are confident in dealing with clients
• You demonstrate an excellent professional presence, both internally and externally
• You are eager to take responsibility and actively drive the development of the Hamburg office
• You have an established network within Hamburg's construction industry
• You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
