Overview
In this role you manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and accurate financial reporting. You work within a cross-functional, interdisciplinary team to support project controlling, liquidity planning, and statutory reporting. You collaborate with project management, customers, and auditors to uphold financial integrity. This position offers long-term growth within a global network and exposure to sustainability-focused design. You will leverage ERP and MS Office tools to drive efficient financial processes.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage all accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare invoice attachments with project management
- Clarify outstanding receivables and execute dunning processes
- Contribute to project controlling, revenue, and liquidity planning
- Serve as contact for related departments, customers, and auditors
- Assist in monthly and annual financial statements per HGB
- Participate in cross-functional coordination for financial accuracy
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in accounts receivable
- Experience in an internationally oriented company (preferred)
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good English skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
