Overview
As a DGNB auditor/coordinator, you will lead certification activities for DGNB, BNB, LEED, BREEAM and WELL. You will work across disciplines to integrate sustainability across energy, ecology, materials and building physics. In this role, you’ll deliver proofs and concepts for certification and support energetically and architecturally demanding projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to advance sustainable construction within a global network.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Independent supervision and technical coordination of certification across DGNB, BNB, LEED, BREEAM and WELL
- Prepare proofs and concepts within the scope of certification
- Process energetically and architecturally demanding projects
- Provide holistic sustainability consulting across ecology, energy, lifecycle considerations, materials and building physics
- Collaborate closely with various disciplines within the company
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Education in civil engineering, process engineering, architecture, or real estate management or similar
- Experience with certification systems; ideally DGNB auditor/coordinator, or BREEAM AP or WELL AP
- Knowledge of life cycle assessment and life cycle costs
- Very good command of German and English
- Willingness to take on responsibility and actively contribute
- Strong collaboration across interdisciplinary teams
- Proactive and responsible mindset
- Good communication in German and English
- DGNB, BREEAM, LEED, WELL certification knowledge
- Life cycle assessment (LCA) and life cycle costing (LCC)
- Building physics and materials knowledge
