Wert Group needs an IT Security Analyst to watch our systems for threats and keep our security controls ready for those questions. It is a full-time role, done remotely from any place in Germany.

Responsibilities
- Review alerts from Microsoft Defender and our SIEM and follow up on suspicious activity
- Track vulnerabilities and patch status across laptops, servers and cloud services
- Check access rights and multi-factor authentication settings every quarter
- Answer client security questionnaires with the right evidence
- Keep our ISO 27001 documentation, risk register and policies current
- Run phishing simulations and short security sessions for employees
Requirements
- A degree in computer science or IT, or vocational training as Fachinformatiker
- One year or more in IT security, IT operations or a security operations center, internships included
- Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking basics
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Sentinel or another SIEM
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz
- CompTIA Security+ or a similar certification
