We are growing our team in Germany and are hiring an IT Support Specialist. You will help our consultants with their laptops, accounts and software, mostly by chat, phone and remote session. The position is full-time and remote from anywhere in Germany.

Responsibilities
- Answer support tickets, chats and calls from employees
- Fix problems with laptops, Microsoft 365, Teams and VPN
- Reset passwords and set up multi-factor authentication
- Prepare and ship laptops to new employees
- Install and update software through our device management tool
- Write short how-to guides for common problems
Requirements
- 1 or more years in IT support or a help desk, internships and apprenticeships included
- Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Experience with a ticket system such as Jira Service Management or Zendesk
Nice to Have
- Vocational training in IT or a related degree
- macOS support
- Intune or Entra ID
- CompTIA A+ or a similar certification
