Senior Retail Marketing Manager (m/f/d), Wertheim Village, Full Time, On-Site

Something Extraordinary Every Day

We are looking for a Senior Retail Marketing Manager / Senior Trade Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment. This person will apply the highest standards of marketing excellence and manage the Retail Marketing team whilst – side by side with the Retail team - strongly liaising with the brands of The Bicester Collection in Wertheim Village . The job holder is passionate about fashion and style, and able to curate an elevated experience in the village, leveraging both tactical and positioning moments.

You will closely collaborate with the Retail team and deliver best-in-class bespoke trade marketing support to our brands. Ultimately, the first and upfront objective is to install Wertheim Village as the preferred destination when it comes to the creation of an unparalleled in-village experience for our guests. Key metrics to achieve are qualitative footfall and an increase of the average shopping bag value.

This role is offered on a full-time basis.

What you will be doing

  • You will build and maintain close relationships with the brands in Wertheim Village, being their key partner for all marketing-related topics.
  • You will develop 360° Retail Marketing plans with commercially viable retail and trade marketing initiatives to achieve the financial goals, bringing together in-village experience and brand activation moments - including new brand openings.
  • You will collaborate with the local and central teams to ensure consistency and full alignment with the central guidelines and the objectives of the Bicester Collection.
  • You will plan and execute with excellence the measured success of all in-village activations and events, with the objective to drive qualitative footfall into the village and into the Boutiques.
  • You will prepare insightful reporting of each initiative, including the achievement of KPIs and suggestions for continuous improvement.

  • Strong sense of place and creativity, with an eye for detail.
  • Organised, able to plan, prioritise and put processes in place.
  • Able to think creatively and solve problems - a hungry, creative self-starter who likes to build up things.
  • Fluent in English & German. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Ultimately, you love retail, you’re passionate about fashion and style and you are aware of the latest trends in fashion and events.
