Your mission
- Ensure troubleshooting and maintenance of extractor hoods directly at our customers’ premises - Carry out interventions independently, respecting the company’s quality standards - Explain the devices to users - Work region: French-speaking Switzerland
Your profile
- Completed training as an assembly electrician, electrical installer, electronics technician, automation technician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a field service technician; experience in household appliances or ventilation is an advantage - Manual skills and technical aptitude - Holder of the OIBT authorisation art. 15 or willing to undertake the necessary training to obtain it - Fluent in French with good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an advantage - Comfortable with Windows and Office applications, affinity with IT is an advantage - Team spirit - Enjoys customer contact and advising - Willing to undertake continuous training - Category B driving licence
