We are looking for a competent and organized
Site Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our process-oriented and systematic project organization. You will be responsible for the successful coordination of various trades, ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and timely final assembly on our project sites. As projects grow in complexity, volume, and administrative requirements, you will be tightly integrated into the project management structure to steer challenging project workflows to a successful completion. Key Responsibilities
Site Coordination:
Oversee, manage, and coordinate all on-site activities and construction trades. Project Delivery:
Ensure final assembly is executed safely, on time, within budget, and according to strict quality standards. Process Alignment:
Manage complex project models, multiple simultaneous assignments, and short lead times with a structured approach. Stakeholder & Network Management (Senior Level):
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and suppliers, leveraging your industry network. Leadership (Senior Level):
Provide strategic direction on-site and lead personnel, including delegating responsibilities and mentoring junior team members. Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Technical Skills
Education:
Technical background (HTL, academic degree, or industry-specific equivalent) with a project management certification (e.g.,
IPMA ) preferred. Software:
Proficiency in
MS Office
and
MS Project . Languages:
Fluency in
German or English (C1) ;
German language skills are highly preferred . Affinity:
High technical affinity and a solid understanding of project management tools and processes. Experience
Professional Level:
Minimum of
2 years
of relevant professional experience in site management, site coordination, or project management within
technological plant construction . Direct on-site and project implementation experience is required. Senior Level:
Minimum of
5 years
of relevant experience, including roles such as Project Manager or Site Coordinator in technological plant construction. Must have proven leadership experience and expertise in the
