Overview
In this role you lead and support technical projects at the Eschweiler plant, focusing on HVAC and cleanroom technology. You collaborate across internal and external partners to ensure compliant, on-time delivery and sustainable concepts. You will work with the engineering team to plan, budget, and supervise construction activities, contributing to a safer, more efficient facility. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Independent project management of HVAC and cleanroom projects across all planning phases
- Schedule and cost control including budget reporting and status updates
- Support of the engineering team in building services engineering
- Development and planning of sustainable concepts for heating, ventilation, and plumbing
- Cost estimation, specification preparation, and tender document support
- Coordination of internal departments and external partners
- Construction supervision as needed by project scope
Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in planning, execution, or commissioning of ventilation systems (pharmaceutical or medical device sector preferred)
- Several years of project management experience in technical facility management
- Good understanding of commercial calculation for quotations
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with SAP R3 or S4HANA
- Knowledge of AutoCAD desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills; effective collaboration in multifunctional and international teams
