Overview

As a Consultant at Westhouse Switzerland AG, you drive the end-to-end recruitment and placement lifecycle in IT and SAP, building a robust client portfolio in the DACH region. You will source, screen, and negotiate placements while expanding your professional network and ensuring regulatory compliance. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Develop and expand own client portfolio across the DACH region
• Independently recruit IT and SAP specialists for contract staffing projects
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: client briefings, interviews, negotiations
• Leverage social networks and internal database to identify candidates
• Ensure compliance with Swiss regulations and support contract preparation/administration

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 1–2 years in recruitment, executive search, or personnel consulting, ideally IT/technology recruitment
• Hunter mentality with passion for business development and candidate engagement
• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and proven ability to close deals
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus
