Role Title: Senior Associate, Business Enablement, WEG (12 Months Max Term/ Fixed Term)

This opportunity sits in our Frankfurt office working for Westpac Europe GmbH (WEG), Westpac’s most recently established subsidiary supporting the needs of our corporate, institutional, and governmental clients across Europe.
How will I help?
This role is being created to strengthen an existing high performing team who drive and oversee the growth and build-out of the newly established Westpac Europe GmbH. A Senior Associate, Business Enablement is required to work alongside the BAU team in Frankfurt to ensure that there is connectivity between the project team based in Australia and the teams in Frankfurt and London. As the project team in Australia delivers new product capability and/or regulatory upgrades to processes, systems, and products, the Senior Associate, Business Enablement will work closely with the project team and the local BAU teams to ensure the solutions are fit for purpose for Westpac Europe GmbH and are fully in line with German regulations.
- Work with a team of Business Analysts to deliver tailored business solutions in the growth phase of the newly established Westpac Europe GmbH.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and meetings to identify and understand business requirements.
- Documentation and prioritisation of requirements in Agile methodologies where required.
- Documentation of policies, procedures, and processes according to German regulation (with support from local experts).
- Act as conduit between various project and stakeholder groups to provide clarity and alignment of requirements.
- Chair working group meetings including the development of supporting material.
- Run daily stand-ups to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Partner with project delivery teams including IT, Compliance, and Risk to deliver project objectives.
- Manage end-to-end requirements traceability.

What do I need?
- Ability to perform and/or lead a team to analyse results and use models to represent a simplified view of a complex reality to aid in the requirements analysis activities across multiple streams/projects.
- Ensure that the defined requirements are produced correctly, within a large complex project, that align and support delivery of target business value aligning with the scope of the business case.
- Demonstrate an understanding of attributes that influence context, language, and medium when defining and conveying messages; demonstrate the ability to coach others and show by way of example superior written and oral skills in providing succinct and clear messaging that scales and engages appropriately.
