As Talent Acquisition Manager, you\’ll drive our talent acquisition strategy and play a key role in shaping our workforce at Westwing. Take the lead in attracting top talent, building authentic relationships, and driving impactful initiatives in a high-performing, dynamic, and collaborative environment. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.

WHAT YOU\’LL DO

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, ensuring we bring the best talents on board.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, independently guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing insights to improve processes.
  3. Provide candidates with personalised support and guidance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Enhance recruitment processes and provide actionable insights through KPI analysis to optimise outcomes.
  5. Stay ahead of recruitment trends and incorporate them into our strategies to keep us at the forefront of talent acquisition.
  6. Drive impactful recruiting initiatives, including team projects and process improvements, to help us scale effectively.

YOU COME WITH

  1. 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on active sourcing and targeted candidate engagement.
  2. Effective communication skills, and the ability to articulate our company\’s mission, values, and culture to candidates.
  3. A highly structured work style with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple complex tasks effectively.
  4. Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on, collaborative approach and project management skills.
  5. Strong proficiency in data analysis, enabling you to derive actionable insights to optimise recruiting strategies.
  6. Fluent in English, with proficiency in German and a multicultural perspective to adapt to diverse candidate profiles.
  7. A passion for driving innovation in recruitment approaches and continuously improving our processes.
