As Talent Acquisition Manager, you\’ll drive our talent acquisition strategy and play a key role in shaping our workforce at Westwing. Take the lead in attracting top talent, building authentic relationships, and driving impactful initiatives in a high-performing, dynamic, and collaborative environment. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.
WHAT YOU\’LL DO
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, ensuring we bring the best talents on board.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, independently guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing insights to improve processes.
- Provide candidates with personalised support and guidance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Enhance recruitment processes and provide actionable insights through KPI analysis to optimise outcomes.
- Stay ahead of recruitment trends and incorporate them into our strategies to keep us at the forefront of talent acquisition.
- Drive impactful recruiting initiatives, including team projects and process improvements, to help us scale effectively.
YOU COME WITH
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on active sourcing and targeted candidate engagement.
- Effective communication skills, and the ability to articulate our company\’s mission, values, and culture to candidates.
- A highly structured work style with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple complex tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on, collaborative approach and project management skills.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, enabling you to derive actionable insights to optimise recruiting strategies.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in German and a multicultural perspective to adapt to diverse candidate profiles.
- A passion for driving innovation in recruitment approaches and continuously improving our processes.
