JOIN OUR TEAM
As Graphic Designer , you will play a key role in developing creative and on-brand design assets for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives across various channels. You will be part of the Creative and Communications department, contributing to visually compelling designs that enhance the brand’s presence while maintaining consistency and quality. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop visually compelling, creative, and on-brand design assets for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors to support the visual development of Brand and Product Campaigns across different channels (e.g., performance marketing and social media).
- Contribute to the creation of design guidelines for campaigns that align with marketing events such as sales, collaborations, and special promotions.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of brand visual guidelines, ensuring consistent application across various platforms and channels.
YOU COME WITH
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a brand, creative agency, or art world environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and experience with Figma is a plus.
- Experience in creating print materials for Out of Home campaigns and Events.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing and branding projects, demonstrating creativity and adherence to brand standards.
- Marketing know-how, solid understanding of digital marketing, social media design trends, and brand positioning strategies.
- High attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency in all visual outputs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.
- Fluent in English.
- Interest and prior experience in CGI and AI.
