As a

As a Senior FP&A & Controlling Manager , you will gain a broad overview of all key financial processes at Westwing and will have the opportunity to further develop and optimise them. You will work closely with the Finance and Executive Team - meaning you will be actively involved in many strategic and operational topics, as well as in important decisions at both the Westwing Group and entity level. This position is permanent and based in Munich .
What You\'ll Do
- be a key contributor to the FP&A & Controlling team, creating transparency around costs across the entire Group
- transform the financial closing process across teams and functions
- collaborate with stakeholders across teams, functions, and countries, acting as a strategic partner to key stakeholders, including the CFO, members of Westwing’s Executive Team, and leaders across all functions
- support and inform top management decisions by providing a high level of financial transparency and insights through critical, company-wide analyses
- help manage financial risk by flagging potential deviations from plan and offering improvement suggestions
- 5+ years of professional experience in an analytical environment such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or Finance
- very strong analytical skills, a passion for metrics and data, and the ability to dive into details while maintaining a strategic overview
- a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes, with a drive to improve them
- experience in a fast-paced environment, handling complex and unstructured tasks with a strong sense of ownership, drive, and organisational skills
- the ability to communicate clearly, factually, and persuasively with stakeholders at different levels of seniority
- passion for making an impact and working in a multicultural team
- experience in leading a team is a plus
- excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Business Central, Lucanet, Power BI, SQL, or Tableau is a plus
- fluency in English
