Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into technical solutions for customers (Best practice/Apps/ERP Connections)
- Act as the go-to person for resolving major technical problems quickly.
- Guide, support, and mentor developers to follow best practices and deliver quality work.
- Research, recommend, and manage third-party apps or integrations for better functionality.
- Report directly to the Head of Shopify.
- Act as the right hand of the department lead, take over responsibilities in their absence.
- Support in creating client offers and individually creating client offers.
- Upselling effort to existing clients.
- Individually handle client projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce systems, such as WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento, or Prestashop.
- A consultant who can talk to clients about solution definition, but also do some of the work.
- At least 5 years of e-commerce experience.
- Fluent in German.
- Be close to Switzerland.
