As a Venture Architect you will take ownership of workstreams, manage smaller projects, and play a crucial role in creating high-quality content for presentations and other materials. You will also act as a mentor to Venture Analysts, guiding their professional growth and ensuring the successful execution of tasks and projects.
What you will be doing
- Take responsibility for tasks, work packages, and small projects, ensuring their successful execution.
- Plan and coordinate workstream activities autonomously, while aligning with project leads.
- Present results and actively engage in client interactions.
- Act as a mentor for Venture Business Analysts, supporting their growth and development.
What you need to be successful in the role
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, innovation, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage smaller projects or workstreams independently.
- Strong skills in content creation, including developing storylines and designing impactful presentations.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Fluency in both English and German.
